Welcome to the FotoFika website. By accessing or using our website & services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service:

Services: We provide photography for weddings, engagements, elopements, headshots & portfolios & interiors to clients throughout Europe. Our services are subject to availability & may be subject to additional terms of service.

Bookings: To book our services, please contact us through our website or via email. We will provide you with a quote & booking information, & you must confirm your booking by signing a contract & paying a deposit. For headshot & portfolio shoots, just a deposit is required - no contract is necessary. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment: Payment for our services is due in full prior to the start of the shoot or event. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card, & we reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but we may offer a credit or transfer to a future booking subject to our discretion. If you cancel within 14 days of the shoot or event, you will be liable for the full cost of our services.

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, & videos, is our property or the property of our licensors & is protected by copyright & other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising as well as the user's responsibilities when using the website & the consequences of any violation of the terms of service.
